Boones Creek Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic and urgent care on N. Roan Street in Johnson City, Tennessee. When you or someone in your family gets sick or hurt and can’t wait days for a regular doctor’s appointment, just come in. No appointment is ever needed, and you don’t need a referral.

We are open 7 days a week: Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM. Our weekday evening hours and Sunday afternoon hours make it easier to get seen after work, after school or on the weekend.

We’re convenient for families in Boones Creek, Gray, Piney Flats and across the Johnson City area.

What we can help with today

Our providers treat the everyday illnesses and injuries that send people looking for urgent care near them: coughs, congestion, sore throats, flu symptoms, sinus and ear infections, urinary tract infections, rashes, poison ivy, insect bites, burns, sprains, fractures, and cuts that need stitches or staples. We also offer STD testing and treatment, plus sports, school and DOT physicals.

Many common tests are done right here in the clinic, including strep, flu, mono and pregnancy tests, blood sugar checks and EKGs, so you can often get answers in a single visit.

Insurance or self-pay, we keep it simple

We accept most major insurance plans, including TennCare, BlueCare, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and TriCare. No insurance? Our self-pay office visit is $120 upfront and includes all in-house testing and procedures.
